Candidate relationship management is a structured approach to handling job candidates in a company's talent pipeline

Candidate relationship management allows recruiters to maintain a pool of passive candidates that can be brought in for consideration at short notice. While this can be done manually through phone calls or emails, dedicated candidate relationship management applications can automate the process, making it easier to aggregate candidates from various channels, know each candidate's level of interest, sort candidates for specific job openings and improve the organization's overall candidate experience
